Terri has been a member of the UAB Office of Counsel since January, 2000. She provides assistance to institutional clients and managers in a variety of legal context, with an emphasis on contractual and regulatory/compliance related matters. She serves on several committees within the UAB Health System enterprise. She is also an officer and advisor to the UAB Educational Foundation and several other UAB affiliated organizations.
