In 1976, Bob was hired as University Counsel. His areas of practice include employment, risk management, construction and land matters. In addition, he manages legal issues related to the Clery Act, Title IX, FERPA and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Bob has authored a number of legal articles and speaks frequently to professional and higher education groups.
