Norma Lemley joined the System Office of Counsel in 1989, focusing initially on desegregation and other employment litigation. In 2000, she transferred to the UA Office of Counsel. Norma provides compliance assistance and legal advice on a variety of matters, including employment, tenure and promotion, benefits and ADA compliance; HIPAA Privacy and Security; FERPA; and bankruptcy and collection. Norma is a 1993 graduate of Leadership Tuscaloosa.
