Helena joined the Office of Counsel at UAB in October, 2006, after working for many years in private practice in London, England and Birmingham, AL, and for a large Fortune 500 company located in Birmingham. As Counsel, she provides legal support for UAB’s research, technology transfer and business development activities advising primarily on contractual and corporate transactional issues.
