After many years in private practice, Cary started with the Office of Counsel in 2008. As Counsel, she provides legal assistance to UAB and related entities in the areas of health care regulation and licensure, contract negotiations, faculty and student matters, disability law, and general litigation. Cary is also an active member of her community through volunteer service to her church, children’s schools and various professional and charitable organizations.
